he passed away today at 81. He was also a very good singer and a real gentleman in his interviews

Oh no! I was just thinking about him last night! Wasn't he great! I remember the time Jack Benny was on the show and they pretended they didn't know where he was and then a bus pulled up and Jack got off. Even as a kid I thought that was funny. I remember seeing Tiger Woods when he was three. When I was in college, my first film class was in the same studio that Mike used. I hope he had a good passing. I really loved that show. Thanks for letting me know.

Yes and he is a good definitiion of class. One of my favorite shows was an interview he add with Joey Heatherton a diva in her time. On that show she acted as though she was trying to seduce him, it was quite humorous but you just had to see it to appreciate it.

I am so sorry to hear this, he was one of my favorite interviewers.
I used to watch his show with my Mom and my Grandmother.
