For the past 2 weeks, I have been tired, drained, and weak. I also feel like I have a mild cold. I have a constant mild headache, scratchy throat, and occasional sneezing fits. Is this valley fever or allergies? I moved out to Arizona about a year ago from the east coast. Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks!

The scratchy throat and sneezing sounds like allergies, which are very common here. You might try an over the counter nasal spray for allergies and see if that helps. I believe valley fever is more like pneumonia. Your symptoms of tiredness and weakness merit a visit to the doctor. Even if it is just allergies, a doctor can prescribe a good nasal spray to help you feel better.

Hello,

It could be stress related. Stress can do alot to people.

I would drecommend you pay a visit to your doctor, a good one, who could find the route to your problem.

The doctor might take a blood test/hair strand...to find out if it is an allergy or something worng with you internally,.

Good luck
