need to give serious consideration to the type of staff you require first so that you can advertise in the right place and then to the recrutment process itself or it can be a very expensive way to employ someone useless try www.businessballs.com for some help

I was involved with a small company a few years back doing part time work. We used to bring along friends to help out when we were short handed.

That way it stayed flexible, and you knew what you were getting. The existing staff would be responsible for their 'buddy' and their work.

I know it sounds a bit wooly and it wouldnt work everywhere but it really helped us grow (without paying a fortune to agencies).

Contact your local junior college or university. Most have job boards or career centers that will allow you to post jobs for free. Or your local high school may do the same. (Not sure what kind of employees you are looking for or what qualifications) You can list with the Unemployment Office for free as well.

why not employ some poor bastard peasants that are flooding the country for meagre wages...then you can sack all your British staff and make even more money.Keep your home locked up tight tho,British people get dangerous when they feel ripped off.

use a staffing agency...that way if it doesn't work out you don't do the firing they do and most check backgrounds and drug test.
