How did Gabriel Iglesias get disqualified from Last Comic Standing?

He got caught using his cell phone (blackberry). I guess there are rules on not using cell phones. The producers met with him and asked him to leave. The reason being that they thought he possibly could have been getting comic material from outside sources.

He broke curfew, snuck a Blackberry into the residence and may have leaked show info prior to airdate.
