I'm looking for a spell that will help me contact someone who has passed on. This person is very dear to me and I need to contact them. I am a practicing wiccan, but I have no knowledge in this area. Please help!

You should really not try this, it is very dangerous! And you should really leave those who have moved on in peace!

Get some sort of offering, something that the person liked in life. If they really liked coffee, for example, you could use that. My grandmother was famous for her apple pie, so I used to use that, but she's not available anymore. If they go into the All and become One with the spirituall whole, or if they're reincarnated, you won't be able to contact them anymore. Keep in mind too, that contacting them reminds them of who they are, which inhibits their ability to be reincarnated. So you just might make them very angry!
Okay, so place your offering on your altar with some other things that remind you of the person, pictures, etc. burn some mugwort as your inscense. Light a candle. Announce that this offering is for the person and that you would like to speak to him or her. You can meditate on the candle flame for awhile, all the time focusing on your goal, then put out the candle and go to sleep. You should be able to speak to the person in your dreams. Leave your offering there overnight, make sure your dog can't get to it! In the morning leave it outside in the usual manner.

I have found that using the Ouija board in a sacred circle to be helpful. What I and my coven have done is cast the circle and sit at the board. We then chant the person's name over and over until they make contact. This has worked and is safe.

Please be very careful.It's not something to just play around with.The first easiest thing to try is to get a personal item of theirs....put it under your pillow and let them be the last thing you think about before you sleep.As you feel yourself sliding into sleep just start repeating their name. I'm not Wicca,but very spiritual,this has worked for me.Good Luck!!!♥

Don't drive yourself nuts contacting the dead. It just can't be done. But if you really want to give it go, try a Ouija board.
