I live in Las Vegas and the schools here are not great. I am a teacher saying this. We are so desperate for teachers that they are hiring anyone with a degree, not necessarily in the field of education. Preschools are not bad if you find a nice private one. They are pricey though. However your child won't stay that age forever.
I would live in Charlotte, NC. A child who was in my preschool class just moved there. His mom took a job. Seems schools are better.
Go to Vegas for a trip and see the dolphins, lions ,tigers, and penguins. There is a lot you can do there if you have children.

Only because you have the pre-schooler, Charlotte, NC to live and visit Las Vegas. Not that there is anything wrong with raising your child there, just would be a better piece of mind in Charlotte.

I'd rather live in North Carolina, because of the blue ridge mountains. But I'd definetely visit Las Vegas. And bring your kid, when he/she gets older. Exposure is a great learning experience.

Una de las muchas cosas que puedes hacer en Las Vegas es pasearte por el Strip, la calle principal de Las Vegas. El Strip está repleto de neones, músicos, personas disfrazadas y mucha, mucha gente, tráfico sin pausa y lo más importante es que, en muchos tramos del Strip no hay aceras ni pasos de peatones pero hasta de esta forma puedes disfrutar del camino porque pero vives una aventura en Las Vegas.

I wouldn't want to live in Las Vegas, but would like to visit. Live in NC...you'd be my neighbor! I live in TN.

I prefer Las Vegas for both . Larger city with more potential in many areas .

Well if I had a small child most definitly NC. If it were just me then I would live it up in LV. LV is no place to raise a child
