How about nowhere? I am in Southern California and it is 94 degrees and the sky is brilliant blue. I am at home in my house on the lake, watching the wake boarders do their thing ou of the window of my study. In a few minutes I am going to log off, pour myself a glass of Remy Martin XO and light up a Cohiba, and spend some time on the deck with my wife. My 2006 Mercedes SLK is parked in the garage with the top down, and I will drive us over to the Country Club later for dinner. Tomorrow, I will take a walk and go kayaking. Where else would I dream of??
