You will have to fight their investigation. But eBay sucks cause I have had the same customer buy from me four times under different IDs. The first time, she paid but the second time she didn't and gave me a million excuses for a couple of weeks until she was reported by another seller and kicked off. Then she came back, bought from me again under a new ID and I gave her two more weeks to pay me. She didn't. I reported her new ID and she was kicked off. A couple of weeks ago, she came back under a new ID and bought and paid me right away for her purchase under her new name. I decided since she paid me, I wasn't going to pursue her again. But it goes to show you how much eBay really doesn't go to the limits to protect their sellers.
This is why I am currently moving my store to Wagglepop.com. And the fee hike did not help either.
When you are accused of shill bidding, there is a process of investigation. And in most cases it was another bidder who reported you. Go to the eBay forums and post your question there. I'm sure you'll get some helpful advice from others who were also accused of the same.

Be very careful of setting up yet another account, inspite of distinctive financial company information. If eBay do locate you out, then an IP ban might desire to be instated, meaning that any get entry to out of your laptop to any transaction could be banned. Stick it out for the 7 days, communicate with eBay, on a civil point, and make useful it doesnt take place back...

If you shilled on e-bay and got caught you are not very bright . Do you have a disease called terminally stupid . You do not belong on there as you give all a bad name . You are a pathetic loser and it is so funny now that you need the money you are out of the game . Most losers are out of the game and besides hurting the legitimate people they end up screwing themselves . Personally they should nail you for fraud and maybe " Big Bubba " and you could become friends in the joint . You do not desreve reinstatement cause you are running a scam in my opinion .

You have to wait the suspension period and if caught again they will deny you an account. Have they banned you permanently is the question... Sometimes mailing ebay takes a few days to get a reply.

If you've been shill bidding, the online auction world's better off without you anyway.

Shill bidding is deplorable, it hurts all of us - sellers and bidder alike. Do the time, then re-up!
