For decades celebrities have been held to a higher level of accountability. I personally believe that this is B.S. Even though they are celebrities they are just as human as anyone else they are fallible and should be seen and judged the same as anyone else. Cut these people a break and the media should get off their backs anyone out there with me on this.

The media should lay off but for that to happen people have to stop worring about celebrity worship.

Having said that celebs also gain quite a lot due to their status, so while I agree that the media should back off, at the same time they also get quite a lot of extras.

They also have an easy public stage when they want one and seem to use it at will. I would be more believing that they should be left alone, if they didn't so easily make use of the public stage anytime they felt like it. Such as any celeb who expresses a political view (either side) and gets tons of coverage for it.

So it kind of goes both ways. They should be left alone but they also then should not so easily slide into that spotlight to push personal agendas.

No. That's like saying people who make more money ought to look for people who make less money to see what kind of help they need. How realistic is that?

Celebrities should be allowed to exercise their freedom of choice. If they choose to be accountable to a personal standard THEY set for themselves, then so be it.

But expecting celebrities to tow the line all the time for what ails humanity is NOT realistic and it is not FAIR to them, especially since they are the ones who worked hard taking advantage of opportunities to live out their dreams.

Listen, it is intense "heart" work dealing with rejection, patronage, and apathy while holding on to a vision of making a living at what you love to do.

Trust me. I know.
