You have to be honest with them. The worst thing to do is to lead someone. Dont do it in a rude or mean way. But just say you know people change and feelings change. But you have to say it sooner than later because later will only make it more complicating. Put yourself into the situation and think of what you would rather have done and then do it. Good Luck.

just talk to that person in all mixed up sentences for about 6 months in a row, until they think THEY are going insane, or the drugs are really wearing on them.... lol

You can drag them through emotional hell and intimate torment and mind control acts while they search desperately for answers to the "Game".....

Orrrrrrr....... a much better way is just to say "hey, we had some good times in PV, and we had our time, but it is truly really over. I have seen it coming for some time, I am sure you must have too..... so let's agree to just leave it at this last 'goodbye'"

And then, the VERY NEXT HOUR or DAY you can call them up and start to talk that backward talk to them again and then you are all mixed up with them again.

The answer to the question is that you have to HAVE the BA-LLS to do something about it.... so you'd better pack a lunch....

I would avoid them and ignore them, soon they will get the idea you don't want anything to do with them, then they will ask "Hey what's wrong, How come you don'y talk to me"? Thats when you work your magic and tell them they stink and talk too much **** and shoould get a life or something along them lines. I personally won't do this, but hey, it's what you wanted right?
