does anyone know of a media player besides realplayer that i can use on linux, and does anyone know another p2p client besides RealVNC that is linux compatable??

Have you tried using Xandros?

It has all these applications included.

Most torrent clients are built for Linux as well as Windows OSes. As far as media players go, you can get mPlayer or Xine. They are both high quality. Depending on what you already have installed you may need to get some other packages, so good luck.

I like VLC Player. As for the p2p client, i'm not sure. sorry

I suggest Mplayer or xine with Amarok for your audio-playing needs.
