i might say that your might get lots of the main substantial plot from the action picture. the two are magnificent, however the e book has distinctive symbolism and only undeniable awesomeness. on a similar time as I completely propose this e book (it incredibly is my fashionable) watch the action picture and study the spark notes directly to Kill a Mockingbird, fairly the matters, Motifs and logos section, enormously if it incredibly is for a variety. wish that this helps!

I bet Amazon had it if no one else had. I find it hard to believe you looked very hard and if you at least got the book when the assignment was given, you wouldn't have had a problem. Even I know the plot and I've never read the book or seen the movie. Good luck!

Atticus (one of the main characters / childrens' father) tells his kids that it is wrong to kill a mockingbird since it provides such lovely music.

The plot is that the black guy that Atticus represents as his lawyer is the symbolic mockingbird. The people that are against the black guy (who they say raped some girl that was lying about the incident) eventually kill the black guy. Thus it is like killing a Mockingbird!

I don't remember all their names, but go to www. imdb.com and look up the movie. It will tell you who played which character and it will give you their names in the book (example: Character / Atticus Finch = Gregory Peck / Actor)

Also rent out the movie it is 100% like the book. I had to take 10th grade English over twice so I remember the book and the movie!

Also don't worry cheating, it is something everybody does; but most people lie and say they don't. So people are either liars or cheaters, which one are you?

If I did not cheat I would not have two Bachelor of Science degrees (one in Political Science & one in History) and a Master of Public Affairs. Well, I might have, but I would not of had as much time for drinking and banging chicks!

Yes, I know you're not the only one looking for it - I've heard students crying to the staff about not being able to find. Its one of those "Summer" books that 90% of the schools want their students to write a paper on.

I've given you a link to the best summaries (with comments) that I could find. It should help you.

As for the idiot up there who said "everyone cheats". No, unethical, pathetic losers who don't have the IQ to do their own work cheat. Believe it or not, it usually comes back to bite them. A little story from my own life: I was temping for an engineering company when I was on break from college. I was asked by my direct supervisor to design a presentation for the president of the company. I was so proud of my work. It was well researched, had graphics, diagrams, etc. I gave it to my supervisor. I then heard her congratulated by everyone on what a wonderful job SHE had done. I left for lunch in tears and almost didn't go back. I came back from lunch and found my supervisor quietly packing her desk. An engineer (who I found out was THE senior engineer) named Susan came up and put a hand on my shoulder and said, "She's been fired. I knew it was your work. She has no idea how to use the program you designed the presentation on." Turns out my supervisor had claimed she knew the program and didn't. While I was at lunch, Susan had apparently walked up to her (in front of a huge number of people, mind you) and asked to be shown exactly how my supervisor had designed the presentation. Of course, my supervisor couldn't, had to admit she didn't actually do the work, had never done work on that program (which was a vital part her job) and was fired. That, my dears, is called Karma.

Good luck on your project hon.

Basically, the main character's father takes on the defense of a black man in a racist southern town and takes a lot of flack from the townsfolk for it, but does it anyway cause it's the right thing to do. But there's much more to it than that. Read the book - it's one of my all-time favorites. It's not too long either - don't be scared!

There is a family in Mississippi (I believe it's Mississippi) and the father is a lawyer. The daughter (narrator) is Scout. And the story pretty much talks about the family...but it's really about this one case the father solves for a Black man and how the town reacts to it and what happens afterwards. It's a GREAT book. Good luck!

You really shouldn't use Yahoo! Answers for homework. Read the book. There is more than one library where you live or nearby, I'm sure. If not, there is Borders and Barnes & Noble. Read it yourself, please.

Never read it. Strikes me as one of those ' relevant ' efforts. That ought to be a category. I wonder how many people have found so called ' relevant ' types to be hippocrites.
