I would get on the phone and talk to every person you possibly can to have that charge removed. Dont let them get away by scamming you out of your hard earned money for them to sit there and do their job. Especially since the computer is less than two weeks old!!! Do not let them get away with this. Talk to every manager and associate you possibly can - they will get tired of you complaining and revoke the charge. Best of luck to you. Stand up for yourself and dont let them take advantage of you!!!!

here in moline illinois we have this great tv station that helps out consumers with problems that have encountered with businesses.

maybe a local tv station or newspaper in your area might help you with that problem. companies don't like seeing their name on tv when it's about something like this.

i guess they shouldnt charge anything because all genuine service calls withing the warranty period should be free.
