He is so dependent and irresponsible but loves me dearly, no question about it. He's tired of school even if it wonders me what made him tired coz he never really did projects and plates by himself. One time, he asked an engineeer he barely knew to sleep in his house to help him on his project and ended up all the ideas on his design came from the engineer. He's smart and matured but really not a school-kid and when he's crying out for help on me, I can't resist him or he'll go self-pitty. Aside that he doesn't really know how to do term papers, essays, etc., he's spoiled and I hate spoonfeeding. So we end up arguing, big time. I hate he's being lazy and dependent! How can i help him change or at least become better? I thought of making deals or bargains with him but what should be my deal?.

Quit doing his work for him and make him do it himself.

I don't think he sounds mature at all!!! And you are not his girlfriend - your his lacky. Seperate yourself from this loser fast before he brings you down even more. I understand you really love him right now - but trust me it will be better for you to break up with him. Just imagine if in the future you marry him - will he be willing to go to work to help support the family or will he make you just because hes too tired!!And I bet he'd make you do everything with the kids too!!

Sound like you need to get out of this relationship. You want to marry a man and have kids not marry a kid and get a therapist

He's playing you! Make him do his own damned work! If he needs help, help him. But he has to stand on his own.
