Hours after a double cheeseburger, I had severe stomach pains. Turns out I needed to have my appendix removed, only hours after eating a double cheeseburger. Definitely my worst experience and the last time I'm touching one of those things.

When I was in high school the basketball coach would take us to McDonald's after our JV game and before the varsity game when we were in other towns. There was a roach climbing on the wall so I grabbed in and smashed it into my half eaten double cheeseburger. I then took it up to the counter and got a new one. The workers were freaked out. The guys on my team loved it.

A buddy of mine who worked there said one time the sewage system backed up and sprayed a fine brown mist over all the food. Another one found a fin in the fish fillet.

I ordered a sausage mcmuffin from them in high school. Halfway through eating it I felt sick and woke up on the band room floor a few hours later. I don't know how I got there, or how I got home, but I can't even LOOK at one!

I went thru the drive thru and ordered chicken nuggets but they gave me a Big Mac with cheese--and I am allergic to cheese. I went inside to argue and they only had a partial order of chicken nuggets. I accepted it because I had to get to work on time but I will NEVER eat there again.

Finding a bone as big as a dinosaur tooth (and shaped as such too!) inside my chicken nugget. It cut my mouth up, and I bled like crazy!
I called the manager and he askedmy to bring the bone in so he could see it. He kept that damn thing, and now I have NO PROOF! It sucks.

When they had salads, I got one that somehow got through the system as very old. Some of the veggies were rotten and moldy.
