I don't know if there are hurricanes in the Pacific.... I think San Fran would have to be taken out by a earthquake, and some day, it will.
As to President Bush having the power to cause it, well, you would have thought he would have taken out Ted Kennedy and Joe Biden by now, if he could.

I hope all you San Francisco bashers have actually been there and know what you're talking about. I was born/raised there and it's one of the most unique and interesting places in the world.
