Hahaha yeah, the outside world is a weird/cruel place. Never know whos out there. But I like to talk to anyone anyway. Geez, you wouldn't have to talk at all, I would go on about absolutley nothing. Sometimes fridges, vegetables or lazy roadworkers. Basically I'm weird. But I'm nice and mean no harm okay!
Oh and to answer your question, Yes I have, Many, But I try to limit it to people I may have a chance of visiting some day.

How do you really know this person is friendly? Aren't there people closer to you or are you from out of the country also? People will always tell you things you want to know but after time you find out a whole lot more that they did not tell you.Do you have friends? Try talking with them.Much safer I am sure.

I've talked to TONS of nice people....But it's always best to be careful no matter HOW nice the person seems. Even if the person is nice, I still tend to keep a lot of personal information private. You never know nowadays.

I happened to find my fiance on-line. We chatted on line and then she finally gave me her phone number and we met. Today we are engaged and to be married next May 20. There are a lot of poison apples on-line but somehow I was blessed and met my soulmate.

yep, there are lots of friendly people here and some not so friendly ones. it just depends on what you are looking for. I wouldn't give any of them my credit card number though.

Yes i have found .. but my worry is that one day he / she might disappear and so am always careful .. i have friends who learned it the hard way ..
