From what i have gathered, most schools that have been deemed to be "all ___" (fill in the race) schools usually arent like that anymore. The are becoming more and more populated by students from all walks of life.
I dont think there is any greater of a chance that a person of color would get hired quicker if they were from one type of college or another. it really depends on that person skills, qualifications, expeirences and abilities. It also would depend on how they handle the interview. Bottom line.
So white, black, green or blue, if you have what that company is looking for, they will hire you.

You are asking us to racial profile. That's not allowed. The school should have nothing to do with the decision. Nor should the color. A person should be hired based upon criteria, education, experience, etc. What I don't get is how can there be Equal Opportunity when it is illegal to ask a person's race on a job application? By today's standards, EOE means "white people need not apply."

it rather is the stereotypes in our race based the place you reside. initially all of us had black hair. over the years a mutation got here which made blue eyes and blonde hair. Then the gene features are surpassed to little ones. human beings have distinctive epidermis shade based on the section they stay around the international.

As someone who employs people, I'm more interested in what you can do for my company than your skin color and whether you graduated from a "black" or "non-black" university (PS- there's no such thing as a "white school").

That would depend on their experience and qualifications. They would definitely have a better chance than someone from an all white school, since those don't exist.
