Paul talks about this in the bible, somting like, the very things that i know are bad for me and i really shouldnt do are the very things that i just cant stop my self doing, its a tough place to be
self control, discipline, faith in somthing better... human nature i think. If u can redirect the energy from doing the action to somthing more constructive it can be great, i think theres an addictive element going on, i think its good to exercise letting go...
