Yes and No.... Yes beacuse, even if there was no music you'll still have to follow some kind of beat in you're head. But then No beacuse sometimes you might just bust a move out. It depends on how you look at it.

no, who would say you had to i mean you just need to dance and have fun i mean it is cool sometimes dancing with no music but sometimes it isn't
you could just feel like dancing and all you need to do is dance just dance all you want.

Even if there is no music,I have to sing silently,that's what makes me move.And I think that dancing without music isn't such a big plesaure....

I say yes, but my kids (ages 7, 6, and 3) don't seem to think so. They're always movin' and groovin' to something in their heads.
