for people in cleveland does it smell or what today. it really smells bad?

it totally smells like fish right now (i live a bike's ride from the lake, approx. 5 min). i think its the lake. i go to college up in erie, PA, and one day after a 60+ day this spring it dropped over 30 degrees and the lake "burpped," the cooler water on the top sank and the warmed water on the bottom came up, bringing with it all the dead fish at the bottom. so considering what the weather has been like recently, i'm assuming thats what happened.
