If you were here, I'd kiss you for reminding me! I love meteor showers!

"Perseid meteors will appear to "rain" into the atmosphere from the constellation Perseus, which rises in the northeast around 11 P.M." so depending on how far west, 12 central, 1 mountain, and 2 if you're on the west coast.

Um... I'm assuming you're referring to the Perseids? Best time to view will start around 10 PM on August 11 and 12. You shouldn't have a problem viewing them from your location; it's folks in the Southern Hemisphere who will have some difficulty.
