Unfortunately, Batman has the smarts, and Spider-Man is often portrayed with emotional baggage that might cloud his thinking. I'm gonna go with Batman.

Batman. His gimick is that he never loses. He can only be slowed down. If you read both Batman and Spiderman, you'll know that the difference is that batman never loses. Even in terms of raw ability, spiderman may have powers, but batman has much more experience and much much more knowledge than spiderman.

I'm a Bat-Fan, but Spiderman just has too much speed, reflex, and strength. While Batman's fighting ability is far greater than Spidermans, Spiderman is able to take a pretty good beating and keep dishing it out. I vote Spiderman.

Batman, he is too smart even for spiderman, remember batman is good enough to bring down superman so spiderman will be no problem

Batman. He's a good guy, but not a nice guy. He'll do whatever it takes to come out on top. Spiderman's too naive, while he's making wisecracks the Bat will kick his a**.
