Obviously it depends on who sees the picture. Generally if you are committing a crime it is best not to do so on camera.

well in a way, you see unless it is clear that's what your doing you probably wont have a problem, but here is the catch, if oh say you get pulled over by a cop and he sees that, and it looks like your smoking weed (an illegal thing to do by the way) that could be enough probable cause for a search of yourself and/or car. and the photo alone could be considered drug paraphernalia, that's not a major thing but still could rune your day, also wouldn't want to go home after your parents got the call to come pick yo up from jail lol

also drop the weed, trust me. you will get no were in life token up, now when your older then maybe (after you retire)

I don't think so, it's illegal, but unless you are caught in the act with the product the only person you'll probably get in trouble with is your parents!

Think about it - they would have to prove that was actually pot and not just some regular run of the mill grass you pick from your front yard, rolled up, and took a picture just to try to look "cool" or something!

Proof of what? You smoking a hand rolled cigarette. I don't advocate any drug use, but in this case they can't touch you. Unless they find out it was marijuana by some other means, ie witnesses, crime scene, etc. The picture itself is worthless otherwise. But no one is going to go through all that trouble for a simple possession/use charge.

Depends on if you've comitted any other crimes. If you haven't, then probably not. Just like not fastening your safety belt, if you don't speed, drive hammered, or do sorts of illegals moves, it won't ever burn you.

nah , just deny it was marijuana , unless you have plants in the background it would be hard to prove even if it was you wouldn't go to jail or anything , maybe get suspended . most of the time you won't even go to jail if they catch you high

Let's see, marijuana possession = crime, picture = evidence. I'm going to go with "Yes."

yes to all of the above...and it could put you in jail, because then the cops would have PROOF that you've been using an illegal substance! DUH.
