If you want to just check out houses and areas without having to contact a realtor try going to http://www.realestateforsaleinflorida.net
try the "featured" agents. I know some of them specialize in moderately-priced luxury homes and neighborhoods.
It's really easy to navigate and is full of info about realtors with links to their personal websites so you can see if they have anything that fits your criteria. Hopefully that works for you! Good Luck!

Summerfields is a little older and not quite as nice.
If you're looking for something newer, try Trace Ridge or Village of Woodland Springs. Lots of good deals right now.
Southwest is not nearly the market other parts of FW are right now. I am getting a new listing in the Hulen Bend area this weekend if you're interested (available in the low 120s). Email if you want more information.

Try 76137 instead. It is in the Summerfield's Subdivision area. Really nice area. North of 820, West of 377, East of 35.
