Yes. Friends don't date friends ex's. It's just wrong. Even if somebody breaks up with someone, there are still feelings there. It would hurt your friend. Would you want her to do that to you?

If you do it, just know that you are definitely putting your friendship at risk. I've done it before, and my friend didn't talk to me for a very long time. She eventually got over it, but I was lucky. I would just think long and hard if this guy is worth the risk. In my case, it was. I was in love with the guy. But if it's just a crush, I'd try to avoid it.

of course it's wrong how would you feel if one of your friends started up with your ex i would think twice before i do something like that and i think it's real nasty to want what your friend already had
