I can't imagine having lost a family member or friend on that day. I don't know how i would feel about this movie.. Can't really put myself in anyone elses shoes in this situation. Also, is this movie going to give gratification and encouragement to those who wish harm on U.S. citizens? Curious of all of your thoughts and feelings...

It's awful to make the movie still so soon after 9/11. They made Pearl Harbor movies shortly after the bombing of Pearl Harbor, yet that was done to build war support and to sell war bonds in the lobby after the movie was over. Can't figure why they are making this movie. Maybe so Oliver Stone can get a paycheck.

Everything that happened on that day was terrible, and I feel so bad by the people who lost family and loved ones in it and 10 years will not make the pain go away. And yes, Hollywood is making money off of it. But I do believe someone already made a movie about it.

But I think a lot of people in this country have already become complacent about terrorism, and there are still the people who are spreading around the conspiracy theories and believe them too.

I haven't seen the movie, but I have to believe that many do need to be reminded of these horrors and that it can happen again.

I have not seen the movie yet, but I think it is a good way to honor somene who gave or almost gave his or her life in such a tragedy. I have watched Flight 93 and thought it was an awesome movie. It gave tribute to everyone on the plane and how they were unselfish enough to give their lives to save someone elses. For all the people that were there or were touched in some way by 9/11 my heart goes out to them. I was only distantly affected as one of my clients lost 80 of his clients in the world trade center. I think it is awesome to let the world know how these peoples lives have been affected. These people did not die in vain!

i don't think it gives any encouragement to them- thye got enough of that on the actual day. I think it's an appropriate time- i mean there's never going to be a time when the families will be completely ready. I think the rest of America is ready to take this step towards healing. They've been pretty respectful of the families feelings- they haven't done any outside advertising in new york, connecticut, or new jersey.

Its supposed to give family and friends some type of comfort about the possition thier lost loved one was in but i think it would be a bit painful after all those years of recoperating and then watching a movie and falling apart all over again.

Hollywood is all about making money. I agree that I couldn't put myself in anyone's place that lost someone on 9/11. I won't be seeing the movie.

The only reason why that movie was made was out of greed. They'll never get my $8 to see this flick. Some things are meant to be left alone, there are still people coping, healing & grieving for their loved ones.

Honestly I guess it has been enough time. But it seems like just yesterday when it all happened. I would watch it but, I'll wait and get the DVD and watch it at home. I feel for all the families and people that lost their loved ones that day. I prayed for all of you!!!

They say the movie is to primarily honor the men who died in it. There's no short time frame for that.
