it all really depends on what you are wearing or plan to do. for sports and school or office where you will have strenous activities or out the whole day, i suggest you wear a support bra, especially if you are on the heavy side to protect it from sagging.
but for special occasions like dinners or parties, you can wear your sexy bras since you would be in them for a couple of hours only.
there are sexy or not plain and boring support bras already out in the market. victoria's secrets has lots to choose from.

The plain one with more support unless you plan on someone seeing you in your bra.
