Man Balanced Multi-Vitamin & Mineral and i take vitamins and cut down on caffeine? please help

yes your health has a big factor in conceiving. there is a pill called ovulex that is supposed to help but if you go to the website ovulex.com they have a link to 7 way to help you conceive naturally. its very informative and health and diet is on there

I wrote 2 days ago about pcos and ovulex i meant to give u my email lindseypink13@yahoo.com I would like to talk to u because I have a feeling we are in the same boat. Anyways they say only eat natural food, no caffeine,drinking,or smoking.Also lots of exercise. Hope this helps.

If you are too skinny or too overweight your chances of a miscarriage are higher. You shouldn't smoke or drink alcohol, this makes fertility harder for men and women. Also zinc is an important element for men and women's reproductive system. As for caffeine, it's not that big a deal, I drank about 4 sodas a day while TTC, and it took us one month of trying. However I completely got rid of caffinated/carbonated drinks after the positive tests. Best of luck to you.

Try this fish oil, vitamin E&C , calcium supplements and Centrum or Geritol multivitamins. At least 30 minutes of vigorous excercise at least 5 times weekly. Eat fruits and veggies avoid caffeine, alcohol,smoking and stress.Have fun and lots of baby dust to you guys!!!!

that is up to you . everything u listed is stuff we should all do all the time lo but we dont i actually lost 22 lbs right before my first one and gained it all back lol if you keep your self healthy and stay in shape before and after pregnacy you will be fine. but the healthier you are the healthier the baby will be. good luck and i hope i made you feel little better

well it all depends on if you think your not healthy i would say yes,cause when you get pregnant it puts alot of stress on you, and your body changes so much, so if your not in good shape it would be a good idea.cause after you have the baby your gonna have to deal with what you had before plus alot more, and it will be hard on you.
