Check your local newspaper. If it is like mine, you will find a suitable used utility trailer for about $200. Just use it while you need it and then sell it to the next owner when you return from your trip. It probably won't cost you a dime out of pocket.

I would suggest getting a flatbed or a trailer with low sides so you do not need to deal with the obstructed view to the rear and the traffic hazard that comes with enclosed trailers.

Of course, you will need to buy a good, heavy-duty tarp and "bungee cords" to protect your luggage from the weather and from prying eyes.

U-haul.....have trailers i don't know what their rates look like tho...

uhaul, they have the little things that go behind your car that you can tow.
