caring, loving, trustworthy, truthfull, warm, outgoing but a shy side too, relaxed/laid back.
someone who i can get to know and trust, who will open up to me and not leave me feeling like an outsider. i want someone to love me for who i am, what i am and how i am.

My type is fun but respectful. Smart but not arrogant. Cute but not concieted. Down to earth. Hard working but not a work-a-holoic. Knows how to show me a good time but doesn't need alcohol to do so. Has friends but doesn't rely on them to get his opinions. Knows where he's going in life and wants a companion to share it with.
Physical doesn't matter that much once you're a mature adult. A guy can be the most handsome guy in the world but if he's a 100% butthead, I don't want to be in the same room with him.

Jeeze. THIS is a hard question. You know, the older I get the less it matters on the surface. I'd marry a woman who had no face or hair and was a leper if I loved her. Mute, blind, deaf...
So I think it's the meeting of the minds and souls and spirits for me. Yeah. Tough to compete with that, and hard to nail down. I meet so many good looking young eligible women here and at my job, but... the spark of a real connection, even the ones who are interested, is lacking.

Not necessarily thin or trim but somehow fit- even if 50-150 lbs "overweight" they CARE about themselves. They LIKE themselves...inside and out which means too that they are fit mentally- like like their MINDS and are OK with themselves.
Inquisitive and full of wonder at the universe.
Nice smile (but that isn't necessarily white or straight teeth- just genuine smile).
Similar tastes in music and art and the trivial things. I'm pretty particular in my tastes (quality and craftsmanship and real heart put into everything I'd want in my house and wherever I can)...
Awake eyes. A spirit looking out at me like I look out at them. SEEING that too...
I guess that would be a part of it.
The actual features or skin or hair or all of that stuff? Lord... I don't know. I thought one of my ex's was really close -like it. I believed in the surface stuff there.
So it's deeper now.
More real.
Sincere.
Relationship based- like interaction based. Nothing contrived. Maybe shared paths somehow then... twined by the Gods.

I used to kinda like gothic-stuff, more wild and romantic and somehow dark. Appearances and style are cheap and easy to change though. All that stuff is so negotiable. We all wear sweats and t-shirts when we lounge around at home pretty much- LOL!

A down-to-earth girl that smiles and laughs a lot. One that doesn't have her head in the clouds, and doesn't play all of those mind games. Gets along well with most everybody, and you can tell just by looking in her eyes that she is special. Can you help me find her?
