I found a razr thats hooked up to metropcs which is my same service. How do i get my number swtiched to it?

I also worry i will get in trouble or the guy reported his phone stolen or something. I tried to dial out of his phone and he already cut his service.How do I get it transfered to my number? (trust me you dont want me returning the phone, the guy is a total jerk!)

I didnt steal it. I found disgusting pics in the phone and nasty text messages that scared me. I think this guy is some kind of pervert.

you need to call metro pcs, and they will take the serial number of the phone and switch your number over

uhh YEAH! if he cut his service, he probably already reported it stolen. Cell phone companies usually go by serial numbers. Which means that once they run the serial number on the Razr to link it to your line, they're going to know exactly which phone it is, and who it belonged to, and whether or not it's been reported stolen.

I would try and scroll through the phone to get a number that you can call to say that you found the phone. Odds are if he cancelled the service his provider already knows th serial number and will not allow you to turn it on for a set period of time- which can go anywhere from a few months to a few years.

When i found a phone, i scrolled through it, found one name that said MOM and called it from my house phone. The guy was so happy i found it that he gave me $50 for it!
