Ive received those too, in fact about one a week. Never reply to them, but you already know that. I don't know where to report that except directly to your internet provider.

There is an official site, that you can make a complaint to but I am not sure that is a good idea, When I did it I got more junk mail than just from those scams. My advise is just delete them as junk mail. Use the address and add it to your junk mail list. You may have to type it in but it does work to some degree. if you go to OE updates it will direct you to a site that has a list of email scam sites. These you can type in your junk list. It does help alot. It is a very long list, but you can also set you email program to where you can stop emails from other countries. What ever you do donot give any information because they can use this info for getting a passport in your name and any other information you may have. Good luck.

It's a scam my friend and don't even reply to them. People have died going to Nigeria and following these A$$holes. They are dangerous and need to be reported. "Nigeria the 419 coalition" website has all the info you need about these people-go there and you will see the truth. Sorry you got caught up in that mess buddy.

It's spam. Just delete it. A serious legal communication is not done by email, but by certified mail, return receipt requested.
