The problem is that the americans are stereotyped as racist, egotistical people who care only for themselves and will step on anyone who gets in their way, for nothing more than money or reputation. I come from Toronto and most people here are 50/50 split on liking Americans or not. Unfortunatly your media and government ruins it for most of you, especialy the right wingers. When you spend billions of dollors to go to war against a nation strictly for the purpose of being in control of the oil and leave millions of people in other countries in Africa and south east asia who are dying of Aids, starvation, natural disasters and genocide by militant groups in their areas, you look pretty bad. And alot of Americans honestly believe they are the best and all others are crap. America has a highest murder rate out of all the free democratic countries in the world. Health care, education and social services systems are sub-standard and people will go after someone just for having a name that sounds middle eastern or if they even look a little like it. The fact is that America is not the greatest country in the world it only thinks it is. Here's some advise treat others as you would want your own Grandmother treated regardless of where they are from and don't beleive everything you see on CNN, they are lying to you. Explain to me how if the CIA, SAS and Canadian special forces can't find Bin Laden how can 5, 15-20 year olds find him to have a meeting and put together a plot to blow up the Sears tower? These are just people who think that it would be cool to do what they do. Hmmm... Kinda like when Puff Daddy wears a new outfit and every 15-20 year old american runs out to buy the same thinig. Basicaly nothing you can do will make the worlds view of America better. But you can make sure you and your family are not looked at that way.

3. Stop trying to parent the world through military action. Realize that different points of views exist. Mediate instead of taking military action when possible.
4. Train everyone, especially our military and government representatives, to act responsibly when dealing with people from other cultures with views radically different from ours.
5. Understand that differences don't have to be dividing factors, just things that make us unique.

It isn't something thatwill happen easily or soon. When the rest of the world is under islamic rule then they will come around. The more they sympathize with the enemy the more we look bad in their eyes. We will look much better after we save their butts again like we did in WW2. But for some reason(liberalism) it will take that type of scenario for them to figure it out. I just hope its not too late for them or us

Seriously do away with racism. That would solve most of the problems.
Since the beginning, when the first immigrants sailed and landed their ships here racism has been the worse problem in our society, and it's just getting worse with each foreigner that comes here; since, they learn that as part of our way of life and start to use it also.
