aspirin on a regular basis ( small doses , say 1 per day ) , thins the blood thus lowering blood pressure.
I know afew people who have thought bout , or are takin 1 or half an aspirin on a daily basis to lower their blood pressure . I would recommend you ask a GP 1st though as some people cannot take aspirin to to allergy , ( my wife being one of them ) .....so top line is ...confirm it with your GP but yes it does lower blood pressure , but to what level I cannot answer . hope this helps

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

Check with you doc first but exercise is a great blood pressure reducer. Also if you are overweight losing weight can help to lower your BP. If it is too high the doc may put you on blood pressure meds to lower it a bit. Also, trying to make your self relax can help too. Meaning try yoga or meditation. 16 is way too young to have to worry about your blood pressure but it is great that you are aware and can start trying to fix the problem before it gets out of hand. I hope you feel better!

Viagra will not lower your blood pressure but a daily dose of aspirin will, to some point. It's not a miracle drug but it can help with lowering it 30-40 points.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and I can tell you that aspirin is very bad for you. It damages the kidneys and the liver, so unless you have been prescribed for it. You should not take it, It also causes ulcers in the stomach which leads to internal bleeding and so does codeine.
Gloria(BSYA) to bleed.
