Yes but it really does seem pointless. Why can't they just say it instead of screaming WE ARE UNDER A CODE RED or a CODE ORANGE
Half the people don't even know what the colors stand for.

No, I don't like to watch news, because they all are BAD news. I had not, ever heard a good news.. So I don't want to live panic all the time. I don't watch news. but mom calls and tell me what is going on with the world.
