I am going to be a junior in highschool and for summer homework I have to write an essay about the five books that I would save and one I would become and memorize and the books that I have to choose have to be nonfiction. I have never really read any nonfiction books except for two. But the reason I have to save these books is because of themes and morals. The Bible is not a choice so I cannot use it. This essay is based on the novel Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury. If you have any suggestions as to what books I should save and the themes or morals I would really appreciate them. Thank you and God Bless.

I second Elie Wiesel's "Night". An incredible book and fits exactly what you need. I don't think I've cried that much reading any book.
