Where can I download the Warhammer 40k rulebook for free?

It's just at the moment £30 quid is way too much for me to pay at the moment, i've go no cash XD. When I can afford it I'll nuy ti though. I don't wanna get it from torrents or limewire though. In pdf for preference.
