A humidifier, a vaporizor, saline nasal drops, Orange juice(it is a natural antihistamine), Hot pepper sauce on your food. It really depends on the cause of the stuffiness. And drink plenty of water. It helps make mucus runny. Stay away from dairy, it thickens mucus.

Well the best way is to go to the bathroom, close the door, turn the shower on boiling hot water, and sit there for a couple of minutes. It should clear your nose in no time.

Steam your head over a bowl of fairly hot water with a couple of large splashes of friars balsam, put a towel over to contain the steam...it works wonders...tried and tested. Stay there as long as you can or while there is a good amount of steam being given off.

what i do is get in a hot shower and let it pour on my neck for a while. for some reason it sort of loosens things up. then i blow my nose repeatedly and everything just keeps coming out until i can breathe easier.

Try a Neti Pot. It's a nasal irrigation system that flushes your sinuses with a saline solution. When I have a cold, I use mine and don't have to use any medication to keep my sinuses clear.

Go to Taco Bell. Eat something with their hot sauce. Stay away from the fire, that is sooooooo hot.
Anyway, hot peppers do the trick, as found in their hot sauce. Keep plenty of Kleenex handy.

I usually do a shot of Franks Red Hot sauce but that may not be for everyone. You can try steam but be careful not to burn yourself.Franks or some other spicy food is safer.

Eat something spicy hot. Chili, hot salsa, peppers...
or eat a raw clove of garlic...but be prepared for the strong taste and the strong smell you'll give off for the next day.
