They only need to be de-flead if they have fleas in the first place. They usually pick up cat or dog fleas, as rabbit fleas are not usually found unless they have been in contact with wild rabbits.
Be careful when treating though as most de-fleaing products that are suitable for cats and dogs are toxic to rabbits. Make sure you talk to your vet - DON'T just buy an over-the-counter treatment from a pet store.
A more common problem with domestic rabbits is mites, which causes itching and hair loss. They are too small to be seen with the naked eye though.

By 'flead' do you mean 'de-flead'? If thats the qu then the answer is probably yes because cat fleas can pass illnesses onto rabbits if they bit them. However, I've never treated my rabbit and it's living a long and prosperous life! (touch wood)

Rabbits can get fleas but many fleas don't like rabbits since they have such thick coats, you can use many of the same treatments you would use for a cat on a rabbit just as long as they don't breath anything in or get it into their digestive system. Using a flea comb can work but it won't get rid of all the fleas.

Rabbits carry fleas, and the bites transmit tapeworm and myxymatosis. So its a good idea to de flea your rabbit.
If your rabbit goes in the garden and you have wild rabbits come in you may want to get him vaccinated as well.
Ask your vet.

Im not sure what youre asking, but if you mean, do they get fleas, then, yes, if they play outside in the grass, or come in contact with other pets that do. If it does get fleas, you can use a flea shampoo for kittens, but not flea collars! They will chew it up and ingest the poison.

I'm assuming that you meant fleas, but if rabbits do get fleas they need to be treated and usually get them if kept outside. Indoor rabbits rarely get fleas.
