If you were over hanging out with her to help her threw some hard time sin the first place, you shouldn't of hooked up with anyone. Your mission should of been to be there for her. She is probably pissed that she felt left out and that you were spending allot of time with her brother. Some friends don't want you hooking up with family members, it can get very messy. I would talk to her and apologize for not truly being there for her. As for the brother thing, its really none of her business, but be careful if you still want her as a friend. She will come around its going to take some time though

chances are because of the amount of alcohol that was consumed I'm guessing here your problem stems from one of two things if in fact this is the first time the two of you slept together even if its something she wanted to happen she may regret it because of being drunk. How ever unfortunately the other side to this coin is that she feels taken advantage of because you know so much about her and everything she is going through and waited tills he was drunk to make a move on her. Now i am in no way saying that that's what you did but she may very well feel that way. The best advice i can give you is for you to let her know how you feel and that you are still there for her. this is defiantly some thing the two of you need to talk out but you may very well have to give her some space until she can come to terms with what happened and put it in a prospective she can deal with

If she is a true friend than she will get over it eventually. But right now it came as a shock and it is hurting her right now. So let her cool off alittle. And unless you plan on dating her brother then I suggest you two stay away from each for awhile.

I don't know if you like this guy or not but you should stop getting involved with him. You need to tell your friend that you made a mistake and aploigize. Tell her that if shes your best friend than she would listen to what you have to say.

You should tell her that : Yes you like her brother, but you LOVE her that she is your best friend and that if SHE was truly YOUR best friend, She would understand that you like her brother. Best friends should be understanding of eachother. Good luck
