If they were who I thought were the best people for their jobs, by all means. I don't care about anyone else's private "marital" life. That goes for Chimpy, or Cheney, or Clinton, or Carter as well. A person's sex life has nothing at all to do with the job.

If I thought Chimpy would be a good president (not by a long shot, but I'm conjecturing here), and I knew he liked to have sex with 5 different women at the same time (a logistical nightmare if you ask me), it wouldn't matter. Some people would say "what does that say about his sense of morality?" Who cares? I say, if he can figure out how to keep 5 women satisfied at the same time, (not something I'd even attempt) he's got a lot on the ball and would make a great president.

I have read many messages that are just extremly racist. Because you do not agree with somone does not make it wrong or however you want to look at it. If they were qualified and had good policies it should not matter what sexual orientation they have. If you do not vote for a better qualified man or woman because of their sexual preference then you are guilty of discrimination. I wonder what all of those officials do behind closed doors? (Both Partys)

I wouldn't vote for anyone, just because I don't want to and I won't live in the United States when the next vote takes place. I just turned 18 like less than a month ago.

Would I vote for a male president and a female vice-president?

It entirely depends on their qualifications and their platform. Who they are sleeping with is none of my concern.

It wouldn't work. The gay Prez would have new carpet put down, and the VP would spit Skoal on it.

I wouldn't vote for one or not vote for one BECAUSE they are gay. But if they HAPPENED to be gay and presented a platform that I agreed with, I would.
