That's like asking whether I'd rather cut off my right arm or my left arm.

If I can't say "neither", then I'd still go with the secular government. At least then, there's chance the oppression will be based on logic rather than purely on religious belief.

Neither, I prefer liberty over oppression of any form. To borrow from Patrick Henry
