Do you ever look at them and think that you are lucky to be with them or do you feel stuck?

I have only been married a short time(2 years) and I know how lucky I am cause he is such a great guy. I'm just always curious if I truly love him or I love who he is. Do you think its the same.

You probably love who he is because you haven't loved him very long. Your love will mature with time, and you have to learn to choose love, and forgive when you are dissapointed, then you will know you really love him and not who he is. Sometimes, people are lucky and never have to forgive anyone of anything. That would be the best case senario. Sometimes you can still love someone even if you aren't with them anymore. Forgiveness does not always mean trust. To answer your question another way, if you have trust you have love. That's what I've been told. With no trust, there is no love.

Well I am not married to my fiance yet but after May 20/07 we will be united. So I hope that you don't mind if I answer your question as loving my significant other. Yes I have to report that I am deeply and honestly in love with this woman who has come into my live to bless it with her beauty and spendor. She has brought much happiness into this old mans life. We have such an open and honest sense of communication, the most important thing in any relationship, and are able to discuss anything. So yes I do feel lucky to be with this lady. I have a pretty colourful past and am also physically challenged and she has accepted me even with all my charcter defects. And she is totally blind to my disablity and told me long before we ever met, when we were just chatting on line, that the only difference between me and others is that my disability is visable but that we all have challenges somehow and some cannot be seen in others. I tell her often how grateful I am to have her and to be able to love her like I do. Cause the simple matter of the fact is that she is a very attractive and talented lady and could have done a lot better than me in her selection for a life mate. But she choose me and for that I will remain forever grateful. I look forward to growing old with her and don't believe that that stuck feeling will ever stick it's ugly head into this relationship.

I love my husband and thank God for him everyday. I often wonder how I ever got so lucky. He treats me the way he wnts to be treated and it is beautiful. I love especially when he gets home from work before I do and starts cooking, then when I get home I'll try to go help him and he won't let me (half the time) he'll send me to the couch to sit and relax while he makes dinner. I feel so in love with him sometimes that I just want to do something wonderful for him, but its like there isn't anything wonderful enough that I could do because nothing matches up to him. And I hope it will always be this way.

I've been with the same guy for 36 years and I absolutely truly love him and think how lucky I am every time I look at him, and he assures me he feels the same.

When I 1st met him...GOD,WAS HE GORGEOUS!!!Dark, long hair, dark eyes, deep voice. All my friends thought so,too. He rode from colton to fontana(that's in cali.)(13 miles one way) on his bike just to walk me home from school.
We've been married 17 yrs./have 6 kids.
I look at him now(shaved head, goatee, same dark eyes)He's willing to work 6-7 days a wk to pay the bills. He still tells me I look good(chases me too). He's still funny, smart, generous.I feel he's more attractive now because I can be myself in whatever situation and know that he loves me(even pms).Yes,I am very lucky.I'd be stupid to think otherwise.

Of course I love him. I would not be with him if I did not. You will always question your decision, but try not to
