Yes its the girl version of you getting hard. Its to lubricate her bits so you can slip in and out of her without hurting her...
It means you are making her happy and it should feel good for her, good for you and make you both happy and feel closer together...
But note... If you get any sperm on your fingers say if you touch your stiff willy (i gets wet wet sperm too , just a little to help lubricate girls too (like back up lubricant) if it gets on your fingers then in her its just as effective in getting her pregnant... It could be normal depending on the reasons why she is getting wet,, if it's cuz she loves you and desire you very much that its just fine, I would say you should take advantage of it and satisfy her while you satisfy yourself. Now if it's an unconscious reaction then it could be that she suffer from a psychological illness
(nymphomaniac) or just a hormonal disorder, in which case she should see either a general Dr or a Psychologist.

I dont know if its normal or not but I am a girl and I get wet a lot to I always thought it was just me but I guess not
