I just bought a maple (red leaves) from Tesco. It is about 6' tall with about 4 branches on it. It is on the patio in a tub at the moment. How do I look after i t- pruning,feeding, covering it etc...-?

relax you do not need to touch it for 30 years. If you leave it in the tub it will remain small. good to see you love your trees, keep it up

I would suggest looking for arboriculture site and talk to a professional arborist who can help you make the best decisions on how to care for your tree.
