I'm 28 and married, but do not want kids. I'm just curious when most women start.

I had my first at 30. I had been married 5 years and wasn't sure I wanted kids. But my husband did, so I agreed for his sake.
Later, I decided I'd like another child. Just one more.
At 34, I gave birth to triplets. (no fertility drugs!)
Don't feel terrible if you don't want kids. It's certainly not for everybody, but it does have its priceless moments.

I haven't had a baby yet. I want to be mature and responsible and stable enough to have a child before I do. I'm 18 now, but I can say with full confidence I am not ready a tiny bit. I know from my nephews that babies are very hard work. I want to give my child the best, and I can't do that right now. I want to be in my mid to late 20s. I think by then, I will be able to handle it and give my child the best.
