Hello, I am sekking he help of someone who can tell me how to start a web hosting company, I know that I would need a web server, but what I am having a hard time trying to understand is how do I make it so the server knows who paid for 5GB, and gives them thier 5GB, and knows who paid for 25GB, and gives them that?

Also how would I set up a password system so not everyone can change it.

For hosting other people's websites, you should look into leasing a server, or even a virtual server, from company that already has all the infrastructure. Examples:

The webserver can track traffic on a site-by-site basis (there are tools to support this). On a LAMP server, it is easy to set disk space quotas on users when you set them up.
