I'd say go with Atlanta or New England. New England always plays well as a unit. Bruschi's going to be healthy all year (after his wrist heals in the pre-season). They have a tough schedule but there'll be a few weeks vs. easy opponents to get you some good points. Atlanta's a big play type defense. DeAngelo Hall is a shutdown corner who'll get you INT's and always give you that possibility of a TD. Don't rule out Keith Brooking either at LB

Determine which one had the most takeaways last year, then double-check that against the giveaways of other teams on their schedule (especially in their division).
But Atlanta has John Abraham now, so they'd be high on my list.

New England.... they play the Jets and Bills twice. They also go against the NFC North this year, which none of those teams have offense. They also play some other crappy teams.

I would go with Atlanta or Philadelphia. Minny, Buff, and NY are a bit too suspect for my taste.

I would say none of those. Carolina is gonna be beastly this year, but Chicago is your best bet, their division sucks, but they will be hard to get. but if you must choose one of those, go with new york(giants not jets)
