Do you buy a lot of usless junk or find good deals?

yard sales r usually more of an american thing, - i live in teh uk and we dont have them much over here i went to one when i was a kid and it was great but i remember playing with the toys more than buying anything and just being amazed at what they had
i think thats why some people dont like to have them bcos they are fussy about inviting strangers into their house, not always bcos they dont trust people but sometimes bcos they are ashamed maybe or insecure about what they have got or the mess around - your house is a very personal thing
there have been quite a few yard sales over here recently but i am always surprised that a lot of stuff seems damaged in some way or another?? it would be a really good buy if it wasnt but sometimes they just want slightly too much for it considering that

Yard sales used to have some good stuff around here, and now its all junk. And not the kind of junk that can be someone elses treasure, unfortunately. :(

I don't go to yard sales but if I did I'd probably buy something I thought I could get some use out of.

I get all kinds of good stuff. If it looks like a junk sale, I just don't stop.

I love to go to yard sales. And even up sell my bought stuff in my yard sale. Because it just pales up like junk. LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL

i love going to yardsales. I once went to one and bought a box of towels (dish towels) and oven mits for a dollar, in the bottom of the box was a coca - cola tin. I took it to a dealer and they appraised it at 650-800 bucks. So yeah, i'd consider that a good deal.

oh oh me me i like going to yard sales...i get good deals on expensive stuff
but ya know at the yard sales thay will never sell me there yard. i wonder y not cause its a yard sale
